- Fixt is New York only. In-person fixer bids use New York ZIP codes 100–149. FixtMarket delivery is in New York City boroughs. FixtMarket delivery follows each borough’s weekday cutoff. Staten Island is next-day. Weekends and orders after the cutoff are the next business day.
- What does the homeowner pay?
- The homeowner pays the accepted bid and nothing on top of it. Posting a job is free. Fixt takes a 5% platform fee from the fixer payout, so the fixer receives 95% of the bid.
- How does job payment work?
- You pay the winning bid when you accept it. There is no homeowner fee. A 5% fee comes out of the fixer payout.
