$29/month after a 14-day trial. Stripe bills the subscription. There is no charge per lead and no charge per bid.
Up to 5 fixers per job. A posted job notifies fixers in that category until 5 bids are in.
The homeowner pays the winning bid. There is no homeowner fee. A 5% fee comes out of your payout. On a $100 bid the homeowner pays $100 and you receive $95.
Insurance or a COI on file. Coverage is the minimum your state requires. A trade license is not required to bid.
